Discovered some surprise trapped moisture and water damage in our tiny attic, so Trevor came out to take a look. Ended up being a much bigger issue, but Trevor was upfront that it would probably be better fixed with a new roof and didn't charge me for his time and walked me through the issues and the best solutions. If I ever have any other crawlspace or attic issue, will definitely call them first!
